Qualifications
Ability to follow detailed instructions and implement treatment plans accurately.
Physical ability to work with young children, including sitting, standing, lifting, and movement.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel is required.
Responsibilities
Provide ABA therapy in various settings as directed by the BCBA.
Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency under BCBA supervision.
Collect and accurately record data to track client progress.
Collaborate with BCBAs and participate in regular supervision meetings.
Offer compassionate support to clients and families to foster a positive therapy experience.
