Job summary

A family-owned agency is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) in North Carolina. This role involves providing ABA therapy to children and families and supporting their growth. Ideal candidates are dedicated, have strong interpersonal skills, and are physically able for active therapy sessions. The position offers mentorship, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a real difference in clients' lives. A high school diploma is required, and RBT certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and implement treatment plans accurately.
• Physical ability to work with young children, including sitting, standing, lifting, and movement.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in various settings as directed by the BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and participate in regular supervision meetings.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families to foster a positive therapy experience.
