BrightBridge ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) in Greenville, South Carolina. In this role, you’ll work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Qualifications

• Compassionate and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to client locations.
• Physical ability to work with young children during therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in various settings as directed by the BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress.
