Qualifications

• Full-time availability (Mon–Fri 8:00 am–6:00 pm; some Saturdays for make-up sessions)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in psychology/education/social work or related field
• Experience with children with special needs preferred
• Must be 18+ and obtain RBT within 75 days of employment

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 client sessions using ABA strategies.
• Document progress and track client skill development.
• Support growth in communication and independence through structured activities.
