Job summary

KIDS ABA Services in Conway, AR is seeking a Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children, delivering individualized teaching and therapy activities under BCBA guidance. You will collect data, document notes, and collaborate with supervising clinicians to support skill development and generalization at home and in the community.

You will receive hands-on training, coaching, and certification support, with a pathway from RBT to BCBA as part of our growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Willingness to obtain RBT Certification.
• Strong communication and professionalism.
• Ability to work with children of varying needs and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized teaching and therapy activities.
• Support communication, social play, and problem-solving skills.
• Reinforce skills during structured activities and natural play.
