Job summary

KIDS ABA Services in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Behavior Technician to work directly with children in 1:1 settings to help build communication, social, play, and daily living skills while implementing plans designed by BCBAs.

You will be trained and supported, with no prior ABA certification required, and you will collect data, document notes, and collaborate with families to generalize skills at home and in the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification.
• Strong communication and professionalism.
• Ability to work with children of varying needs and abilities; patient and flexible.
• Reliable and consistent; eager to learn evidence-based strategies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized teaching and therapy activities.
• Support communication, social play, and problem-solving skills.
• Reinforce skills during structured activities and natural play.
• Collect data on skill acquisition and behavior during sessions.
• Document session notes accurately and share observations with supervisors.
• Partner with families to generalize skills at home and in the community.
