Job summary

ChildServe seeks a Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement ABA programs under the Behavior Analyst’s direction. You’ll work closely with children and families, applying behavioral interventions and skill-building plans.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree or active RBT Certification, with preferred experience in autism and developmental disabilities. Training is provided; a teamwork-focused, compassionate environment supports career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or active RBT Certification.
• Experience with children with autism and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Registered Behavior Technician certification preferred or willing to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Participate in development of program plans and update progress.
• Maintain records, collect data, and complete treatment notes within required timelines.
• Attend training and meetings to perform duties effectively.
• Abide by BACB Ethics and Compliance Code applicable to behavior technicians.
• Perform other BT duties within program scope and certification.
• Provide direct care in the Autism Day Health Program if needed.
