Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous ABA therapy experience or autism experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy techniques under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions following individualized treatment plans.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills in a structured setting.
• Foster positive therapeutic relationships and promote client independence.
• Conduct assessments, collect data, and track progress for treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with BCBA and interdisciplinary team to adjust plans as needed.
• Communicate with parents/caregivers about goals, progress and home strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and data.
