Job summary

Lighthouse ABA in New York City is seeking passionate Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. You will work closely with families, implement evidence-based interventions, track progress, and contribute to each child’s growth and communication skills in a supportive, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ABA therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication with families and team.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy techniques under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to each child.
• Teach social, communication, and behavioral skills in a supportive environment.
• Foster a positive therapeutic relationship and promote independence.
• Collect data, track progress, and review plans with the BCBA.
• Communicate with parents/caregivers about goals and progress.
• Maintain accurate session documentation and participate in training.
