Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support children with autism and related developmental needs. You will work under supervision to implement evidence-based ABA interventions, collect data, and help clients build communication and independence in home and community settings.

You will collaborate with a BCBA and a team to ensure individualized treatment plans are delivered with fidelity. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in related field or relevant experience preferred.
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or related developmental needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a BCBA and colleagues to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver ABA therapy interventions in homes and community settings.
• Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and track progress.
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and client progress.
• Provide ongoing support to families to ensure proper implementation of strategies.
• Participate in staff training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy.
