Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team of professionals dedicated to delivering ethical, individualized ABA services to children and families. In this role you will support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder through evidence-based ABA practices.

• Strong data collection and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Implement and deliver individualized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on client progress, using various assessment tools and software
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other professionals to develop and update treatment plans
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for clients, promoting a sense of security, trust, and comfort
• Utilize a variety of strategies to teach new skills and address challenging behaviors
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure a seamless transition between settings
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to company policies and industry standards
