Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children and families with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or community settings. Under BCBA supervision, you will implement ABA plans and help clients reach individualized goals.

You will collect and analyze progress data, maintain accurate records, participate in ongoing training, and collaborate with families and professionals to ensure consistent therapy across environments.

About the Role:

As a Behavior Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services to clients in their homes, schools, or other community settings. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implementing individualized ABA treatment plans under the guidance of a BCBA
• Collecting and analyzing data on client behavior and progress
• Collaborating with clients, families, and other professionals to achieve treatment goals
• Maintaining accurate records and reports of client progress
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
