Qualifications

• Experience implementing behavioral interventions for students with intensive behavioral needs.

• Flexibility and willingness to support where needed to ensure safety and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with school staff to support students with intensive behavioral needs.
• Provide consistent monitoring and support throughout the school site.
• Assist in creating and implementing behavior support plans.
• Record and document behavioral incidents and progress toward goals.
• Apply positive behavioral interventions and school incentives.
• Use de-escalation techniques and crisis management when necessary to maintain safety.
• Help develop differentiated support with interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in debriefings after challenging situations.
• Communicate with parents about student progress.
