Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, is seeking a Behavior Support Specialist to help K-12 students with intensive behavioral needs.

You will collaborate with teachers and staff to deliver customized support and monitor student progress within SESI’s multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include implementing behavior support plans, documenting incidents, and applying de-escalation and safety procedures as required.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing behavioral interventions in educational settings.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
• Willingness to support safety and well-being of staff and students.

Responsibilities

• Support students with intensive behavioral needs across school settings.
• Monitor and document behavioral incidents and progress toward goals.
• Develop and implement behavior support plans with the team.
• Use de-escalation techniques and crisis management as needed.
• Communicate with parents and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff.
