Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, health, or related field.
• Three years’ experience with at‑risk or behaviorally challenged students.
• Ability to pass federal, state, and local background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge of FBA, function-based interventions, and BIP.
• Develop individualized behavior tracking and intervention programs.
• Serve on IEP Teams and collaborate with staff
• Monitor attendance and create Absence Intervention Plans.
• Support positive school culture and maintain records.
