Links ABA Therapy seeks Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our growing team in New Jersey. We provide in-home and community ABA services with supervision from our Executive Director and Clinical Director, and support for language, social, and communication development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related fields.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Established management skills.
• Proficient with Central Reach.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in-home and community. BCBA will be supervised directly by our Executive Director & Clinical Director.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Applicants should be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, and able to work well in teams.
