ASAT is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our parent-founded, clinician-led team in Laurel, MD. You will develop individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.

This role offers hybrid work, competitive salary with bonuses, and opportunities for professional development. A BCBA certification and MD LBA licensure are required, along with a master’s degree in ABA or related field.

Formación

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Current MD LBA licensure required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience with scope and sequence of early learning curriculum.
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments.
• Experience identifying goals for in-center, in-home, in-school, in-community programs for individuals with autism and related disorders.
• Experience providing training and supervision to RBTs and implementing ABA programs in-home, in-school, and/or in-community.
• Experience with parent training and conveying the importance of consistent ABA treatment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve company clinical standard operating procedures.
