Job summary

Developmental Pathways Inc. seeks experienced BCBAs to conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for individuals with ASD. You will collaborate with a team of therapists to ensure progress and high-quality care.

Travel to client homes and offices is required as part of service delivery. We offer flexible scheduling, full-time and part-time opportunities, and growth paths, including supervision hours and CEUs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA required.
• Current BCBA certification (BACB) required.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Valid CA driver’s license and transportation for travel.
• Ability to pass FBI/DOJ background check.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, etc.) and create individualized behavior intervention programs.
• Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and monitor client progress, providing detailed progress reports and monthly updates.
• Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and CEUs.
• Travel to client homes and offices as needed for assessments, meetings, and training.
• Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis.
