Job summary

Developmental Pathways in Orange County seeks BCBA professionals to deliver ABA services to individuals on the autism spectrum. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized behavior intervention plans, and supervise a team of Behavior Therapists.

We offer full-time and part-time roles with flexible scheduling, a hybrid work model (telehealth when appropriate), mileage reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits. Travel to client homes may be required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA required.
• BCBA certification through BACB required; Spanish bilingual a plus.
• CA driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized behavior intervention programs.
• Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs/BTs), and BCBA candidates.
• Develop and monitor client progress with detailed reports and updates.
• Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and CEUs.
• Travel to client homes/offices for assessments, meetings, and training.
• Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection/analysis.
