Job summary

Developmental Pathways invites a BCBA to join its Los Angeles team, delivering assessments and individualized behavior intervention plans for individuals on the autism spectrum.

The role involves supervising staff, coordinating with therapists, and tracking client progress with detailed reports. Flexible scheduling supports full-time or part-time work, including telehealth where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA and BCBA certification required.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel.
• Ability to pass FBI/DOJ background check.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized behavior intervention programs.
• Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates.
• Develop and monitor client progress with detailed reports and monthly updates.
• Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and CEUs.
• Travel to client homes and offices as needed for assessments, meetings and training.
• Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis.
