Job summary

Developmental Pathways, Inc is seeking BCBA professionals to join our growing team. This full-time role offers flexible scheduling and a mix of office and field work in California.

You will supervise and train therapists, conduct assessments, and develop individualized plans for clients across the autism spectrum. Travel to client homes and offices is required, with strong emphasis on quality documentation and communication.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master\u2019s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must be a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB.
• As an exempt supervisor, meet billable hours and a standard 40-hour work week per California Labor Law.
• BCBA travel between client homes, offices, meetings and training as required.
• Must have a valid CA driver\u2019s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass FBI/ DOJ clearance and background check.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bilingual applicants highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with children and adults on the autism spectrum, providing assessments and individualized plans.
• Conduct client sessions and functional behavior assessments including VB Mapp, Vineland, AFLS, etc.
• Create individualized programming for clients.
• Supervise and train the Program Managers and Behavior Therapists (RBT, BT, and Therapists).
• Provide supervision hours for Registered Behavior Therapists and BCBA candidates.
• Data management and client communications.
• Responsible for managing contract fulfillment of client contracts across service codes.
• Provide progress reports and monthly updates per insurance expectations.
