Job summary

Strides ABA in Ridgewood, New Jersey, seeks a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA team. This role involves evaluating behavioral needs, designing and implementing individualized plans, and collaborating with families to promote children’s development.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an ABA clinical or in-home setting.
• Strong knowledge of patient care principles and practices.
• Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to behavioral health.

• Understanding of special education requirements and strategies.
• Ability to maintain detailed medical documentation while adhering to HIPAA standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with families and team members.

Responsibilities
