Job summary

Strides ABA in Hackensack, New Jersey is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA team. We provide exceptional in-home services across the state and seek a BCBA to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.

The role requires performing assessments, analyzing data, collaborating with families, caregivers, and professionals, and delivering high-quality ABA care with HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• BCBA licensed and able to practice in NJ
• Experience with children in ABA clinical or home settings
• Strong data-driven decisions and documentation
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient care

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess behavioral needs and develop treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based ABA interventions tailored to each child
