Positive Behavior Support Corp. is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our collaborative team and deliver high-quality ABA services to clients across settings.

As a BCBA/BCaBA, you will design, supervise, and adjust individualized intervention plans while mentoring RBTs and analysts. The role emphasizes ethical practice, family engagement, and ongoing professional growth within a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Supervision and training for staff, families, and stakeholders.
• Travel to client locations as required.
• Adherence to BACB and PBS ethical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conducting FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Providing supervision and training to team members and families.
• Implementing ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB and PBS policies.
