Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to lead and supervise ABA services for individuals with behavioral challenges. You will design, supervise, and optimize behavior intervention plans, mentor RBTs and staff, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful improvements in daily life.

The role emphasizes ethical practice, data-driven treatment, and family-centered care, with opportunities for professional growth and flexible scheduling where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Develop PBS-based approaches to meet client needs and drive quality of life improvements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethics and PBS policies.
