Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and supervise ABA programs across home, school, and community settings. You will lead and mentor staff, supervise RBTs, and ensure high-quality care aligned with BACB guidelines.

The role emphasizes ethical, person-centered services, collaboration with families, and ongoing data-driven treatment adjustments to maximize outcomes and quality of life for clients and their families.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB and related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Providing supervision and training to team members, including PBS employees, family members, and stakeholders.
• Implementing and overseeing ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans to ensure success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB and PBS policies.
