Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to lead and mentor a team delivering ABA services. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise RBTs and staff, and ensure high-quality care across home, school, and community settings.

You will collaborate closely with families and professionals, analyze data, and adjust plans to maximize outcomes while upholding BACB ethics and PBS policies. PBS offers flexible scheduling and a strong support network.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and families.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in various settings.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
