Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to lead ABA programs, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to improve client outcomes. The role emphasizes ethical practice and high-quality services across home, school, and community settings.

You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise RBTs and analysts, and ensure data-driven progress while upholding BACB guidelines and PBS policies.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to supervise and mentor staff and collaborate with families and professionals.
• Willingness to travel to client locations and work in home, school, or community settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA programs prioritizing behavior reduction and skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
