Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to lead behavioral intervention services, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality ABA delivery. The role focuses on client-centered plans, collaboration with families, and ethical practice across settings.

The position requires strong data-driven supervision, travel to client locations, and commitment to ongoing mentorship and professional growth for the team.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required or equivalent.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Create PBS-based systems to meet the needs of individuals and families.
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
