You will design, supervise, and mentor RBTs, BAs, and analysts while ensuring ethical, client-centered care in a collaborative environment. Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree in a relevant field.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to sit on the floor and assist with lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop treatment plans.
• Providing supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implementing ABA programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction and skill acquisition.
• Collaborating with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyzing data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans for client and family success.
• Ensuring compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
