Job summary

PBS Corp. invites compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join Team PBS, delivering ethical, person-centered ABA services to families with autistic individuals.

You will design and supervise ABA programs, mentor RBTs and students, and collaborate with families and schools to achieve meaningful, lasting change. We offer flexible scheduling, a supportive BCBA-led environment, full benefits for full-time staff, limited travel to client locations, and ongoing mentorship with access to PBS’s in-house CEU library

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and caregivers.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
