PBS Corp. is seeking a compassionate BCBA to join our mission-driven team, delivering ethical, person-centered ABA services to families affected by autism.

As a BCBA/BCaBA, you will design and supervise behavior intervention plans, mentor staff, and collaborate with families in home, school, and community settings while upholding BACB ethics and PBS policies. Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Local and state licensure/credentialing requirements apply.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations and work in multiple settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and families.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
