Qualifications

• Active BCBA/BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB and a related degree.
• Local/state licensure and credentialing may apply.
• Experience designing and implementing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, including family members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans for client/family success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
