Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy in North Carolina seeks a BCaBA to implement and supervise ABA treatment across in-home, daycare, and school settings. This role offers hands-on clinical work with children on the autism spectrum and collaboration with supervising BCBAs.\n\nYou'll focus on clinical excellence while our back-office team handles administrative tasks, with compensation ranging from $45 to $70 per hour, plus benefits like 401(k), PTO, CEUs, and comprehensive health coverage.

Qualifications

• Active BCaBA Certification from the BACB.
• Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience supporting treatment implementation, supervision, and parent collaboration preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel within assigned service areas.
• Must have North Carolina licensure or be in process to obtain NC licensure.
• Bilingual is a plus, though not required.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
• Provide in-person clinical supervision and observations of RBTs to promote ethical and effective care.
• Collaborate with BCBAs regarding client progress, treatment implementation, and clinical recommendations.
• Participate in parent training and caregiver collaboration as directed by supervising BCBAs.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely completion of required clinical records.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, state regulations, payer requirements, and company policies.
