Job summary

Avid ABA in Detroit is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to work under the supervision of a BCBA, assisting with behavior assessments and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Active BCaBA certification from BACB.
• Preferred experience with ABA and individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting FBAs and analyze client data.
• Implement BIPs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and track data to monitor client progress.
• Support the training of Behavior Technicians and staff.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members.
• Receive ongoing supervision and engage in professional development.
