Job summary

Avid ABA in Flint is seeking a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to work under a BCBA's supervision, assisting with assessments and implementing BIPs for individuals with developmental disabilities.

You will conduct FBAs, collect data, train staff, collaborate with caregivers, and participate in ongoing supervision and professional development. The role offers a competitive salary, generous PTO, full benefits, a 401k plan, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
• Certification: Active BCaBA certification from the BACB.
• Experience: Preferred experience with ABA and individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyzing client data.
• Implement behavior intervention plans under the direction of the BCBA.
• Collect and track data to monitor client progress.
• Support the training of Behavior Technicians and staff.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other team members.
• Receive ongoing supervision and engage in professional development.
