Job summary

Avid ABA in Michigan is seeking a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to work under the supervision of a BCBA, assisting with behavior assessments and implementing BIPs for individuals with developmental disabilities.

The role focuses on conducting FBAs, collecting data, and collaborating with caregivers and team members to monitor progress. A Bachelor's in ABA/ Psychology and BCaBA certification are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active BCaBA certification from the BACB.
• Preferred experience with ABA and individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting FBAs and analyzing client data.
• Implement behavior intervention plans under the direction of the BCBA.
• Collect and track data to monitor client progress.
• Support the training of Behavior Technicians and staff.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other team members.
• Receive ongoing supervision and engage in professional development.
