Avid ABA in Detroit is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavioral assessments and develop ethical, trauma-informed treatment plans for individuals and families. Compensation ranges from $83,000 to $95,000 per year, with PTO incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavior assessments and data analysis.
• Develop and supervise treatment using assent-based, ethical, and trauma-informed practices to promote engagement and autonomy.
• Provide parent training and case supervision.
• Supervise BTs/RBTs to ensure treatment integrity via behavior skills training.
• Coordinate with community stakeholders to ensure continuity of care with families.
• Ensure timely delivery of behavior analytic services that align with treatment recommendations.
