Avid ABA in Flint is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct assessments and develop ethical, trauma-informed treatment plans. You will supervise BTs/RBTs and provide parent training to support meaningful outcomes for clients and families.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and active state license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavior assessments and data analysis.
• Develop and supervise ethical, trauma-informed treatment.
• Provide parent training and case supervision.
• Complete supervision and training of BTs/RBTs for treatment integrity.
• Coordinate with community stakeholders to ensure continuity of care.
• Ensure timely delivery of services aligned with recommendations.
