Avid ABA in Flint is seeking a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to work under a BCBA. You will assist with behavior assessments, implement BIPs, and collect data to track progress.

You will support staff training, collaborate with caregivers, and participate in ongoing supervision and professional development. Competitive compensation is provided in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active BCaBA certification from the BACB.
• Preferred experience with ABA and individuals with developmental disabilities.
