Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services seeks a Program Coordinator in Mesa to oversee daily center operations, staff scheduling, and client services. You will coordinate recruitment, reporting, and administrative tasks to support the clinical team and insurers while ensuring compliant processes.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with responsibility for maintaining records, coordinating scheduling, and acting as the primary contact between administrative and clinical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in business operations, staff scheduling, and customer acquisition.
• Strong ethics and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication with staff and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day center operations and staff services.
• Handle recruitment, scheduling, and customer service tasks.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records for cases.
• Support HR, Operations, and Clinical departments; liaison between admin and clinical staff.
• Coordinate master schedule and insurer-guided staffing.
• Assist in case assignment and staff availability management.
