Job summary

AstraZeneca is seeking an Associate Director to lead HCP marketing and personal promotion for SAPHNELO in the US Immunology space, Wilmington. You will translate brand strategy into field-facing promotions, engage sales teams, and drive execution excellence.

In this role you will partner across Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Omnichannel, Lifecycle Marketing, and Field Leadership to optimize resources and outcomes, while measuring impact and driving improvements in promotion effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience: 5+ years in pharma/biotech marketing, sales or commercial roles; immunology, specialty marketing or biologics preferred.
• Proven track record leading HCP marketing, sales enablement, or field-facing initiatives.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Matrix experience managing complex projects.
• Analytical thinking with strategic planning and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAPHNELO's SLE personal promotion strategy and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
• Drive pull-through of core personal selling initiatives and promotional programs.
• Own development, deployment, and measurement of field resources (branded and unbranded).
• Partner with CAL, Field Leadership, ComEx, and Sales Training to boost field effectiveness.
