Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech commercial experience, including oncology.
• Experience supporting launches and pre-launch activities.
• Strong ability to translate complex oncology data into compliant materials and field communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of HCP brand strategy and messaging for NSCLC indications.
• Translate strategy and complex science into actionable field guidance.
• Develop, review, and approve compliant promotional materials.
• Plan and execute promotional congress and major meetings.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Field Learning & Development for field enablement.
• Monitor field feedback and market dynamics to optimize messaging.
• Translate clinical data into compelling promotional materials.
• Work with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Market Access, and Insights to ensure compliance.
• Travel to support congresses and priorities.
• All other duties as assigned.
