Qualifications

• 8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech commercial experience with HCP marketing in oncology.
• Experience supporting commercial launch activities and/or pre-launch activities.
• Strong ability to interpret and translate complex oncology data into compliant HCP materials.
• Proven project management skills with multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, launch-focused environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of the HCP brand strategy and core NSCLC messaging with the US field sales team and promotional touchpoints.
• Translate brand strategy and complex scientific concepts into clear, actionable guidance for field teams.
• Support development, review and approval of derivative promotional materials.
• Plan and execute promotional congress and major meeting activities.
• Partner with Sales Leadership and Field Learning & Development on field meetings and enablement.
• Monitor feedback and market dynamics to optimize messaging and execution.
