Job summary

POAH Communities is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Beachwinds Apartments in Narragansett, RI. This role supports day-to-day operations, maintenance programs, marketing and leasing activities, and tenant certifications.

You will ensure HUD/state compliance and coordinate with office and maintenance staff to maintain a safe, welcoming environment. The ideal candidate has government-assisted housing experience, certifications in tax credits or occupancy, and strong Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Experience with government-assisted and subsidized housing programs.
• Certification in Tax Credits or occupancy is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in day-to-day operations, maintenance, marketing and leasing activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations, maintenance programs, marketing and leasing activities.
• Assist with occupancy and annual tenant certifications.
• Ensure compliance with HUD and state housing regulations.
• Coordinate with other staff in the office and maintenance areas.
