Qualifications

• Experience with basic home repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• HVAC experience is a plus but not required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Own basic hand tools.
• Team player with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Ensure apartments meet company standards for new residents.
• Maintain grounds of the community as needed.
• Perform drywall repair and interior painting.
• Replace lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, Plumbing fixtures.
• Replace laminate countertops, refinish cabinets, install hardware.
• Complete routine maintenance before move-in.
• Provide own hand tools.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, on-site and off-site.
• Stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
