Qualifications

• 6 months of work experience or training in maintenance required.
• Previous experience in multi-family property maintenance preferred.
• Working knowledge of drywall, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, and appliances required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartments for new residents according to company standards.
• Complete service requests and timely repairs.
• Walk and inspect the community daily to ensure standards.
