Job summary

Aspen Square Management is seeking a versatile maintenance technician in Marietta to complete work orders, perform HVAC repairs, and prepare apartments for new residents. You will work closely with our maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards and curb appeal while delivering excellent resident service.

We value hands-on experience, EPA licensure, and the ability to be on-call for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in property management.
• EPA licensure is required.
• Hands-on expertise with HVAC systems.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Provide own hand tools.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Position Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience (prior experience in property management or housing is advantageous)
• Hold EPA licensure
• Demonstrate hands‑on expertise with HVAC systems
• Ability to participate in on‑call rotations for emergencies as scheduled
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation to and from work, ability to go off‑site
• Provide own hand tools
• Essential functions of the position regularly require the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time, the ability to operate equipment, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
