Job summary

Aspen Square Management in Mesa, AZ is seeking an Apartment Make-Ready Technician to prepare homes for new residents. You will perform basic remodeling, carpentry, painting, and appliance installation to meet our standards.

This role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, own hand tools, teamwork, and the ability to meet deadlines. On-call rotation is possible; HVAC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliances installation.
Experience with residential remodeling and on-site maintenance.
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a team.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Ensure apartments meet company standards for move-in.
Maintain grounds and perform drywall repair/painting.
Change out light fixtures and plumbing fixtures.
Replace laminate countertops, reface cabinets, install hardware.
Perform routine maintenance prior to resident move-in.
Provide own hand tools.
Travel to off-site locations as needed. On-site/off-site travel may be required.
Stand/walk for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
