Job summary

Aspen Square Management is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator for Legacy at West Cobb in Marietta, GA. This full-time role focuses on creating a friendly, functional living environment while supporting on-site maintenance and office teams.

You will manage service requests, coordinate with residents and vendors, and assist with the application process and leasing tasks. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in both sales and office administration.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of aptitude in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage service requests and follow up daily.
• Coordinate service requests with residents, service team, and vendors.
• Interact with residents, service team and vendors in a professional manner.
• Walk and assess property weekly.
• Advertise, tour and market the community to prospective residents.
• Assist residents throughout the application process.
• Oversee lease-term compliance.
• Provide administrative support to leasing and maintenance including MS Office tasks.
• Facilitate database entry, organization, and other administrative tasks as needed.
