Job summary

Southwest Behavioral & Health Services is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to support the Finance Team. The role involves AP/AR coordination, vendor management, and assisting with audits in a hybrid Monday–Friday schedule.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (or 3+ years in accounting) and experience with Great Plains and DocLink. Strong organizational and communication skills are a must.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in business with a major in accounting or finance; OR
• A minimum of three years directly related experience in accounting.
• Great Plains and DocLink experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle all Accounts Payable functions including vendor inquiries, coding, and payment processing.
• Match invoices to receivers, POs, and contracts and resolve variances.
• Maintain vendor files and 1099 status; assist in annual 1099 forms.
• Process payments (checks/EFTs/CC/online) and assist with annual audit.
• Accounts Receivable duties: prepare invoices, bank deposits, post receipts, reconcile GL accounts.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business with a major in accounting or finance

A minimum of three years directly related experience in accounting
